Refund policy

Most items purchased are personalized and cannot be returned. Please choose the font, color choice, and sizes carefully. If there is an error on our part we will happily fix and resend at no cost to you. Please let us know if there is a problem within 7 days of receiving your order by using the contact form or emailing us at thepequliarsunflower@gmail.com. Items are carefully made and packaged but sometimes things do happen and I will do everything I can to make it right.
