SHIPPING POLICIES

Ready to Ship items will ship on the next business day. Personalized items will ship within 10-15 business days, not including weekends or holidays, by your selected shipping method. 

LOST ITEMS

If your item is lost or not delivered I will do my best to locate your item for you. I want you to be 100% happy with your order. Please chat with me/send an email to let me know that you have not received your order. 

CREATING & SHIPPING DELAYS

Make sure you fill out forms when personalizing your item. Without all fields filled out I won't be able to make your item and this may delay shipping. I will try to contact you if you forget important information required for creating your order. If I am unable to reach you in time for your order to ship I will refund your order in full. You are more than welcome to repurchase the item and leave your info.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping may take longer for all international items. Custom fees & fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
